Case Noyale, Le Morne is located on the west coast of Mauritius Island, exactly the south west. Le Morne is a small village known for surfing, paragliding and Kite surf. The beach at Le Morne offers lovely white sand and is ideal for swimming. It is also very popular with the surfing fraternity. The area is exceptionally quiet and ideal for a relaxing holiday. The lagoon of Le Morne is known to be one of the largest, with its blue turquoise water. From the beach there is a beautiful view of the mountain of Le Morne.

There are no private villas set right on the beach, all of them being on the slope of the mountain, overlooking the Paradis Hotel Golf Course and the crystal clear lagoon, about 800m away. Clients in private villas may enjoy water sports and golf facilities at the hotel Le Paradis against a small entrance fee. The closest shopping is at La Gaulette, 5 minutes drive away.

Recently renovated to its former glory Ilot Malais is an exclusive private island located in the « le Morne » bay facing the village of Case Noyale on the west coast of Mauritius. The villa is built on a very large sandbank and is surrounded by shallow water thus ensuring the tranquillity of the island. A 5 minute boat ride will take you to the one of the best swimming and snorkeling spots in Mauritius. The island is two hundred meters away from the mainland.

A small boat trip is therefore required for access to the villa and its magnificent tropical garden.

Spacious living room with sofas and chairs, TV with satellite and DVD and direct access to the wrap around tropical style veranda.

The dining room has a large table with seating for 12 guests and a delightful sea view.

The covered veranda has a teak floor, dining table for 12 guests, several seating areas and a fireplace .

The main outdoor living area is around the swimming pool (14m x 6 m, shallow 0.60m and deep end 1.70m) with its delightful coconut tree in the centre and located right next to the beach, .

The pool area has a barbecue, sundeck, seating area under the gazebo and fabulous view of the sunset.

The beach has white sand at high tide, however the lagoon has darker sand.

The very large sandbank and shallow water around the island insure the tranquillity of the place. A 5 minute boat ride will take you to the one of the best swimming and snorkelling spots in Mauritius.

The kitchen is well equipped with gas hob, electric oven, microwave, kettle, coffee maker and toaster.

• Two cleaning ladies do the daily chores in the house, they can also cook Mauritian dishes
• The “gardien” is in charge of cleaning the pool, the garden and the beach. He also organize your boat trips and barbecues
