Accommodation Capacity
The total number of clients staying at any villa must not exceed
its stated capacity.
Booking Deposit
A non-refundable booking deposit of 30% of the total booking fee
is required. No invoice or letter of confirmation can be dispatched
to you until all deposits have been received.
Breakages
The villa owners shall be compensated directly by the client
for any damage or breakages that occur during the stay of the
clients in the villas. Cancellation by Client
In the event that you wish to cancel your villa reservation,
the following charges will apply:-
(i) Outside four weeks from arrival date: you will forfeit your
booking deposit.
(ii) Between two and four weeks from arrival date: you will forfeit
50% of your villa rental cost.
(iii) Within two weeks of rental commencement: you will forfeit
100% of your villa rental cost. Client Conduct
We reserves the right to terminate this contract if the conduct
of the client either prior to or during a holiday is likely
to endanger the safety or wellbeing of other clients in the
party, or that of the client concerned.
The client will undertake to keep the villa and all furniture,
fixtures and fittings in or on the premises in the same state
of repair and condition as at the commencement of their stay. Insurance
We strongly recommend that clients take out holiday insurance
to cover accidents and the possibility of cancellation charges
.
Complaints
If a client is not satisfied, and has 'bona fide' and founded
grounds for complaining, he should contact us or our local representative
as soon as possible for immediate action. Airport Transfers
Airport transfers by minibus or taxi that we recommend at the
request of its clients is an independent service that is not
under the aegis of us. Clients using that service do so at
their own risk in as much as we are not privy to the contract
between the client and independent contractor providing the
transfer
General Responsibilities
We acts solely as an intermediary between the client and the
different owners of all beach houses (villas, bungalows, apartments
or studios) that are proposed by us through its website, mauritiusbungalow.com.
We also acts solely as an intermediary between the client and
the operators involved in the tourist industry, offering such
activities as Car rental, taxis and minibuses for airport transfers,
hunting, quad biking trips, deep sea fishing, parasailing, scuba
diving, underwater excursions by submarine, undersea walk, speed
boats and catamaran off-shore excursions, kayaking, water skiing,
sailing, flight courses on ultra-light airplanes, and any other
activity that we may propose to our clients in future. Liability
We will accept no liability in what follows.

be held responsible for any alteration made after its visit.
- Loss or damage incurred or suffered by any client in connection
with any mode of transport during his holidays.
- Loss of owner’s baggage and/or personal belongings
during the holidays, as these remain at all times and in
all circumstances at the owner’s risk.
- Loss of client’s personal
effects including money, passport and flight tickets
in case of burglary
during their stay in the beach house. In fact,
most beach houses
having
a safe, we strongly advise the clients to
use it for the safe keeping of any valuables.
- Loss or damage caused by any matter beyond our reasonable
control including Acts of God, war, civil disturbance, strikes
or other industrial action, or acts of government.
- Disruption of water and electricity supply, or failure
of air-conditioning units or water heaters, although we will
do its best to
remedy such malfunction by contacting the owners at the earliest for
immediate attention.

Right to Decline
We reserve the right to refuse, alter or cancel a booking, even
after receipt of the final balance payment. In addition, the
company is relieved of all liability should reserved accommodation
not be available due to circumstances beyond our control. In
such an instance, alternative arrangements will be made in
similar accommodation, or a full refund will be offered.
However, no refund or liability will apply to a situation where
a client is requested to vacate, or leaves of their own accord,

us in writing and whilst we will endeavor to do all possible
to meet your request, it cannot be guaranteed. A supplement
